International House Helsinki is a one-stop shop that provides a wide range of information and public authority services to meet the needs of international newcomers in the Helsinki metropolitan area. We also offer free advisory and counselling services to employers on issues related to the international workforce.
The service is operated jointly by the cities of Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa, Digital and Population Data Services Agency, Finnish Tax Administration, Social Insurance Institution of Finland (Kela), Finnish Immigration Service, Uusimaa Employment and Economic Development Office, Finnish Centre for Pensions (ETK), Helsinki Region Chamber of Commerce and Central Organization of Finnish Trade Unions (SAK).
